Just do a Command-I on the Icon file, then Click on the Icon in the Info Window and press Command-C. Then do a Command-I on the Flex Application, but this time, do a Command-V on the Icon. (You may need to remove Flex from the Dock and Put it back for the icon to update) This is an easy way to change the icon of any Application/File or Folder in Mac OSX Thanks for the Icon,
