Those who know me, know that I love my Bronco. I’ve had that thing for about five years now, and have had a lot of fun with it. I’ve driven it all over the place, brought it home on a tow truck several times (three times in one week once), fixed it more times than I care to think about, then gone right back out and had some more fun. It’s been a great truck.

That’s why I had so much fun with it this last weekend. All we did was drive to go get some dinner, but you can see our latest Bronco adventure below:

Yup. That’s 200,000 miles (321,868.8 KM) on that thing. And still running strong. To help put that in perspective, that’s enough miles to:

  • Drive around the equator 8 times
  • Travel from Los Angeles, CA to New York, NY 68 times
  • Commute to mediaRAIN 3571 TimesĀ  (58 miles round-trip)
  • Have 66 oil changes, every 3000 miles
  • Require 128 days of constant driving (24 hours/day) @ 65 mph
  • Burn 14,285 gallons of gasoline @ 14 mpg. Good thing I drive a Honda Civic to work. (35 mpg)
  • Ride Disneyland’s Space Mountain 306,086 times
